Temp: 27 degrees
Weather rebounding again - nice 'n' hot - come to think of it, while the days are getting shorter and shorter, these temperatures, while not 'extreme', have been really up there for some time now... and the nights are starting to get a little uncomfortable again.
For dinner I made breaded pork schnitzel on spaghetti with a home made plumb tomato and parmasean sauce. I was good, and there are lots of leftovers. I'm trying to get back into cooking more, but with these hot nights, it's hard to be standing in front of hot stove ... oh well!
Also had another physio appointment today, got stretched and pulled, electrocuted and manipulated, and believe it or not, the last week, my back hasn't been too bad ... but nobody wants to hear about my aching back, so I'll digress...
